I have been an avid user and proponent of Dell computers for a number of years, and over the years have had some small nuisances occur but they were always cleared up pretty quick. Those days, have passed, and as a buyer whom has just laid out another 3+k for a PC from Dell, I am questioning my intelligence . The Vista Upgrade process is ridiculous. I ended up spending extra money and time on my own, because the upgrade is simply stupid and did not work, when I tried. It should be simple and as simple as a button push. Not the level of hoops you have to jump through on Dells site to make it happen. Give me the proper disks and let me handle it. You charge for it so give me the materials.

This is a way for PC makers to upsell products, i.e. get paid on the hope of consumer frustration and simply walking away, thus a free extra 50-100 for their pc they just sold, times how many thousands or millions they sell per month? It adds up fast. If MS was smart they would stop this stupid practice. Give us what you say we are paying for. Stop making us jump through hoops!

Ever wonder what that person taking your order is even thinking about? I often believe it has nothing to do with your order. Especially in my hometown. You order your meal, and you get most of what you order. In some crazy cases all of it. However they never forget to charge you for everything you’ve ordered and sometimes more.

This happens too frequently to simply ignore. The morale of this whiny episode is to always look at your bill. While whey conveniently forget what you want, rarely do they forget to charge you……
