One of my dogs “GRETEL” recently passed away in February, and her brother Hansel while standing proud for us, is and has clearly mourned our loss of her. He has medical issues of his own, and with every passing day, I see just how he clings to us, and tells us how he feels.
It makes me realize how much I really missed when Gretel was with us. While her passing has certainly brought us closer to Hansel, it has also made me see just how wonderful they have both been for us, and how the two od them make me see how important Tami and my life with her truly is. Amazing that a dog could bring such insight. With every passing day I think about our only female animal in the home who did so much for us and asked so little but love in return. I miss her so.
